Want height, power, and that WOW factor? This class is all about explosive take-offs, control, and clean aerial technique. Students should already have: • Strong cartwheels on both sides • Confident one-handed cartwheel • Forward and backward walkovers • Good split flexibility • Strong take-off leg and balance • Ability to travel sideways with control

What to Bring: * Drink Bottle: Essential for all classes * Attire: Appropriate clothing for tumbling, including shoes if available Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule, we kindly require at least 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with more than 12 hours notice are eligible for a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged in full.
