Students should already have: • A strong bridge with straight arms • Confidence with kick overs and back bends • Flexible shoulders, back, and hips • Solid core and leg strength • The courage to kick over independently

What to Bring: * Drink Bottle: Essential for all classes * Attire: Appropriate clothing for tumbling, including shoes if available Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule, we kindly require at least 12 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with more than 12 hours notice are eligible for a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged in full.
