Tumble Coach I 5 Years at Vibe I Teaching Since 2010

"I’m not just teaching dance and cheer.
I’m helping young people grow into confident, kind and capable humans.”
Rodney's Story
My journey started in martial arts before moving into gymnastics, then cheerleading as an athlete, and eventually into coaching. I’ve been teaching since 2010 and have always enjoyed working with kids and helping them grow. What I love most is seeing athletes achieve things they didn’t think they could and watching their confidence build over time. A big part of what keeps me passionate is helping kids push past their fears and realise what they’re capable of.

Vibe stands out to me because of the environment. It genuinely feels like a family, and everyone wants the best for each other. That makes it a great place to coach and an even better place for athletes to learn and grow. I aim to create classes that are structured but still fun, where athletes feel supported, challenged, and leave each session better than when they walked in.

Why Vibe?
"Because everyone here wants to help each athlete be their best"
It feels like a family, and being part of a team that focuses on building great people, not just great athletes, is something I’m proud to be part of.
