Lauren's Story
Lauren was Vibe's very first student, joining at just 12 years old. Since then, she has grown from student to teacher, coach and leader, making Vibe her lifelong home.

Known for her positive energy and enthusiasm, Lauren creates classes that combine strong technical foundations with encouragement and high expectations. She is passionate about helping every student feel supported, embrace mistakes as part of learning, and leave each class with greater confidence in themselves.

Lauren is a Level 5 IASF qualified Cheer coach, as well as an ADA and SFD qualified Jazz coach. She has coached multiple Grand Champion teams, including leading Vibe's first Level 5 National Grand Champion team in 2023, and has taken athletes to both the IASF World Championships and The Summit Championships.
​
In 2025, Lauren stepped into the role of Vice Principal, taking on greater leadership and administrative responsibilities to help ensure Vibe continues to deliver the outstanding organisation, customer service and experience it is known for.
