Sarah trained with the National Institute of Youth Performing Arts from the age of 5 through to 17. In her final three years, she was selected to join their ensemble team, made up of dancers from across Victoria. She also studied VCE Dance in Years 11 and 12, further developing her technical skills and passion for performance.

Sarah became part of the Vibe family in 2018 when her daughter began lessons, and soon after, she joined the adult recreational classes herself. When Vibe launched its adult competition team in 2023, she jumped at the opportunity and has been dancing with the team ever since, celebrating three national titles and a Grand Champion win along the way.

Joining Vibe’s teaching team in 2025, Sarah works with some of the studio’s youngest dancers and feels incredibly lucky to be part of the early stages of their dance journey, whether they’re doing their first plié or marching to the beat of their own drum.
